If you don't remember the password for your Casambi network, it is possible to 'Reset password' from the Casambi app if you have inserted a working email address for the Network under the "Sharing settings" in the app.

The password can be reset by following the steps below:

1. Select the network you're trying to log in from the list of networks, under More -> Change network

2. You need to enter a password (anything) and tap on the 'OK' button, for the "Reset password" option to appear.

3. After selecting "Reset password" an email will be sent to the email address used under sharing setting with the link to reset the password has been sent.

4. The link is active for 15 minutes. Click on the link in the email to reset your password, and set a new password for your network.
