Identification of the user

For identification of the user, Casambi Pro uses three most common work and social identification services:

  • Microsoft Azure AD (common work account provider)
  • Google Account
  • Apple ID

After user has clicked the Sign In button in the Casambi Pro account view, a browser is opened where user can select their preferred identification provider:

When the user selects one of the three account providers, the selected provider displays its own views to enter user’s credential and password.

Note, that the selected identification provider’s services are also used if there is a need to change or reset password. Casambi Pro does not directly ask that password nor provide any tools for changing the work/social account password.

Creating a Casambi Pro account

After successful identification, a Sign-Up screen is displayed if

  • The user is using Casambi Pro for the first time or
  • The user chooses to use a new work/social account for signing in (one that has not yet been used with Casambi Pro).

  3. Surname
  4. Agreement to Casambi terms of use and Privacy policy. Acceptance is mandatory before a Casambi Pro account can be created.
  5. When the Create button is clicked, a Casambi Pro account is created and linked to user’s email given in the identification phase.

When the sign in/up process has been successfully finished, a notification screen is displayed. User can now close the browser window and continue in Casambi Pro.
