The "Remove my administrator rights" option can be found in "App settings" after entering a network.
Selecting this option will trigger a message asking the user to confirm whether they wish to remove their administrator email address from the Casambi system. This will affect all locations where the same email address has been used.
By choosing "Request removal," only an email will be sent to Casambi Support. Nothing will be deleted at this stage.
Upon reviewing the request, Casambi Support will reach out to the user to ensure that the option was not selected by mistake and that the user genuinely intends to delete their email address for all associated networks and Casambi locations where the email has been used.
Confirming this action will result in the complete deletion of all user data.
