How to "forget" or "delete" a network?

Forgetting a network:

If you don't want to totally delete the network you should just logout from the network using the 'Forget' option.

To do this, you need to "swipe" (iOS) or "long press" (Android) on your network in the "Networks" list, and then select 'Forget'. This will log the mobile device out of the network and forget any login credentials for that network that were stored in the mobile device.

Deleting a network:

Please note that if you have modification (administrator) rights to the network then deleting it will also delete it from our cloud server. It cannot then be used by ANY device! Be very certain before deleting a network!

To delete a network go to the ‘Networks’ view (found under the ‘More’ tab by selecting ‘Change Network’).

If you are using Casambi app for iOS then "swipe" left on the network name and then you can select the 'Delete' option. If you are using Casambi app for Android then "long press" on top of the network name that you want to delete and the 'Delete' button will appear.

You will then be prompted to enter a verification code to delete the network. Only enter this code if you are totally sure that you wish the network to be deleted!
