No, you cannot.
Salvador 1000 series' connectors are internally connected in parallel with each other. Both connectors of the product are on the same DALI bus. Using 1 DALI PSU for two units of Salvador 1000s will then connect 2 DALI buses together and cause programming and commissioning issues.
