The DALI bus behind a Salvador device can easily be tested on using “Control All Luminaires” -button on Casambi App.
- When “Control All Luminaires” -button is used with Salvador, the Salvador unit sends a broadcasting DALI command to the DALI bus. Broadcast command controls all devices in the bus, whether they are addressed or not.
If you do not see all the units responding to the broadcast control, ensure:
- Devices not responding are powered on
- Devices not responding do have DALI voltage at the DALI terminals indicating properly wired DALI bus
- Devices not reacting to have a load within the limits of the controlling driver
Note: Salvador product family does not currently support DALI sensors, DALI relays and DALI switches; Connecting these DALI elements to Salvador may result in erratic behavior of the system!
