Like other devices, a Salvador device can be replaced in the Casambi app using the "Replace device" feature. The only requirement is that the replacement must have the same profile as the existing one.
Please follow these steps to replace the Salvador:
- Turn the power off from the device
- Wait a little over an hour if you are using a Salvador series 1000 device
- Power on the new device
- Go to the 'Luminaires' tab and double tap the device icon that has been powered off
- Scroll down and select "Replace device"
- The 'Nearby Devices' screen will open and you will see all the available devices. It is only possible to select a device with correct settings.
- After tapping on the device select "Replace with this device"

Now the old device has been replaced with the new device and the new device has all the settings that the old device had.
Note: With Salvador series 1000 it may take over an hour for the Salvador to appear offline in the Casambi app, after which the "Replace device" option will appear.
