Known issues

Cloud Gateway status after pairing takes a while to update in the nearby devices list. It will show unpaired for several minutes even though it is paired.

Windows

  • Importing large PDF vector images may take several minutes, during which the app UI may appear to be frozen. If importing a PDF is too slow or unreliable, it is recommended to convert it first to a PNG and use that in the background.

iOS

  • If DALI controller device scanning hangs and does not proceed, try switching the power off and on from DALI Controller and scan again.
  • Pairing or unpairing devices may sometimes fail and an error message is show in these cases. Please try to pair/unpair again.
  • Sometimes a device is paired but it is not visible in the layout or project explorer (it is a "ghost device"). In this case please unpair the device from the nearby device list and pair it again.
  • If luminaires are very close to each other, it may be difficult to select them from the layout view. However, the elements can always be selected from the Project Explorer pane on the left side of the screen.
  • Layout opacity and hide settings are effective only when the layout is selected.
  • The project list layout may break in iPad Mini when the application is used in portrait mode.
  • The user interface has not been optimized on the iPhone. Thus, some functionalities give poor use experience.
  • If luminaires do not react to scenes after pairing, in case of large network it takes a while before the new configuration reaches all the nodes.
  • If network name is changed, some devices may still show the old network name until new configuration has been updated into the network.
