If Casambi Pro for iOS crashes, it will normally display a system prompt asking if you want to send information about the crash. We recommend to send the crash report with a detailed description how the problem occurred.
However, if the application closes abruptly without the crash prompt, it may indicate that your iOS device has run out of memory (RAM).
This typically occurs if a project contains a large number of layouts or uses very high-resolution background images.
If your projects are very large and/or uses large layout images, recommendation is to use a modern Apple iPad (preferabley with M-series processor) or iPhone (preferably version 15 or later) .
